Hi! My name is Vicky. I am an immigrant from Argentina and I am fully fluent in Spanish. I came to the US when I was a teenager. I have always been passionate in understanding what makes humans unique and so similar, all at the same time.
Through my personal and professional experiences, I have discovered a passion for explaining how we got here and why we do what we do. It is important to evaluate, educate, and treat the effects of trauma. Trauma changes us radically at the mental, emotional, and physical levels.
I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and have over eight years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including: trauma treatment and assessment, criminal justice, immigration, and end of life (hospice). I have worked with individuals from 5 years old to 106 years old.
I pride myself in offering a judgment-free space where you are welcome as you are.
